A few months ago, my weight was 72.4kg. I decided to lose weight and have tried a lot of ways but failed.
Just as you can see in the above photo, my weight now is 66.6kg. That means I have succeeded in losing weight.
I still want to say that there is no secret in losing weight. What you need to do is just to keep exercising and to keep your diet. I go to swim almost everyday at 7 oclock pm. To me, swimming is a very happy sport. I have made a lot friends through this sport. So, I can keep doing it.
If you have time and perseverance, losing weight is easy.
